Refund policy

We're please to accommodate returns and exchanges with 30 days of you receiving your goods providing all hair extensions have not been opened, worn or tampered with. Do please note that all returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only. 

The good news is that Roxy Hair includes a tester in the box. You can use this piece to check if the color matches your hair. Please remember that the tester is part of the complete set and must be returned in its original condition with your order to qualify for a store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The box must not have been opened. If the void sticker has been tampered with, we will be unable to accept the return. Hair Extensions come with a sample piece which you can hold up to your hair first to check if you are happy with the color.

To start a return, please email hello@roxyhair.com a photo of the box with the void sticker to show it’s still intact and has not been tampered with.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you return instructions by email. Please follow the instructions carefully.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges for unopened boxes
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to order the correct item. Then contact us and start the return process separately for the unopened box you wish to return. Please note all returns must be authorized first by contacting hello@roxyhair.com. We do not accept returns otherwise.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your account.
